I have nothing but great things to say! First off, the fact that it's open 24/7 is a game-changer. Whether it's early morning or late at night, you can always fit a workout in. Hi just want to say that this gym is awesome owner was awesome prompt reply back setting up my membership as was in town visiting family but still had to get my workouts in and this did that and more loved that it is 24hrs which was perfect for me for that late night workout Would recommend this gym to anyone asking in the Kenora, Ontario area and will definitely use again when visiting family again Thanks

I come to kenora for the holidays and purchase a week membership owner responds quickly and grants same day access. Gym equipment is new and contains all the essential equipment!

Great Gym, nice variety of equipment! Was in Kenora working for a few days and the owner Chris was very helpful and set up a week pass for me. Highly recommend!

I was visiting kenora for the weekend and wanted to train. The gym was great. Top of the line equipment and lots of it! I will definitely be back
