Owner is cranky, ornery, and unable to communicate with customers and makes the experience unpleasant. Staff are decent and have completed several repairs for my fat tire e-bike. Today after confirming with a phone call I brought my e-bike to the shop in my car to have the back inner tube replaced (a repair they had done 4 months prior no problem). i need a se bike
Gave Me the wrong size bike pad size, Told them to recheck the size. And they supposedly "rechecked" gave me the wrong size and when I called to tell them they gave me the wrong size. They said I couldn't return it since I opened them.
Very honest man with Fair prices and tells how much for each thing broken and what it's going to cost without additional fees
