"We don't service electric scooters anymore". Two stars because they were not rude about it to me, but like, why? I just had a flat tire. If it takes more time, charge more. Judging by the other reviews about experiences with e-bikes, it seems like they are just anti-battery for some reason though.
My step son recently got a used Trek mountain bike which needed a new chain, front brake adjustment, and general tune up. Atlas Sports was the only local bike shop which was open at the time I searched, so I drove here and dropped the bike off. They gave me some advice and tips, along with an initial price estimate. Owner is cranky, ornery, and unable to communicate with customers and makes the experience unpleasant. Staff are decent and have completed several repairs for my fat tire e-bike. Today after confirming with a phone call I brought my e-bike to the shop in my car to have the back inner tube replaced (a repair they had done 4 months prior no problem).
