Went to the Allen Event Center show & purchased a 7 person spa . Spa was delivered April 2020 with the wrong siding and steps (brown) correct top and shell ( gray ) . We were told by the guys who delivered that they would be back next week to correct it or they could take the whole spa back that day but electrical was already done so we said leave it and return to switch out .When we called after 2 weeks we were told that Covid had slowed down production etc .
