Worst Company Service ever! Do not go with them. Balikbayan boxes were picked up by Andrew M. He was nice when he accepted the payment, but after that, good luck getting better service. He could care less if you get the runarounds from their reps in the PI. He argued he’s only the pickup guy or delivery guy. He displayed poor standards in customer service and obviously doesn’t care for customers at all or whether or not they return.
