Telephone customer service was clueless. They never updated my Atlas App, so no pick-up was made, even though I had the printed pick up schedule in my hands. Totally clueless.
International transport named as Atlas Cargo, is a shipper Company that I do not recommend to any one. The manager name is Saeed Fathi. They sent my home belongings via to USA. Most of them damaged, and Some of boxes lost. He is not answering and not responsible at all. He does not know how to fill forms, and any information about your boxes.
