We have been using this service to ship balikbayan boxes to our family in Manila for over 5years. We have never lost a box or never has a box arrived damaged. We are highly satisfied and highly recommend this company to deliver as promised in our experience. We ship a box 3-4 times per year and are family is really happy when they arrive.

We shipped 6 boxes in October of last year and up to know we are still missing boxes. Company cannot even provide proof of delivery. It is very frustrating!! I will no longer use this company to send balikbayan boxes to the Philippines!! They are very unreliable and unprofessional! This is very disappointing!!

My first time experience to this shipping company.. so excited to know about package to my family in Philippines after almost 2 and a half months of waiting. I tried to inquire on their Facebook page atlas shipper international (manila based). I was stunned how the agent treated me. She is so rude. Seems don't like to accept any queries from their first time costumer. And then blocked me.
