Customer service is very disappointing they are avoiding to answer inquiries.
Called them and ended up talking to someone in the Philippines instead of the office. Not happy about that
WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE this company! Their Bacolod City Agent stole my Jr. box they did not deliver the small box only the big box. I made a call and follow up on the jr. box they said they will deliver it next week and that would be Feb. 10 or Feb.11 my mom waited for the small box but it didn't come. Today, Feb. 19, 2022, I made a call again and they said they are looking for the jr. box. So, I believed they stole my Jr. box. If I could give '0' I would definitely rate them '0'.
