Got my unit quick on a Sunday over the phone. Their customer service is awesome.
Unit was dirty and needed to be swept out before using it. But, a new padlock is provided, and you can't beat the 75% off introductory offer for 3 months. Friendly phone assistance, they will work with you.
I was able to secure a storage unit as soon as I needed it. Payment was convenient online and the unit was clean and accessible. The staff are friendly and easy to work with. I've had follow up emails from them to see if I was happy with my unit and if I needed anything. They even provide a nice lock. The garages are secure with a keypad to enter the facility. My unit is a small closet size and it perfect for me.
