Dan came out, trouble shootedbthe system. Got me a new unit quickly and installed it as soon as it came in. Did great work and new unit is better than factory one.
I called him out on a weekend to REPAIR (not diagnose) my water heater and even sent him a picture of the part that I needed fixed, He didn’t mention anything on the phone about not having parts or not being able to repair it, came out anyway and charged me $250.00 to confirm what I already said and my unit was not repaired. Complete scam. Speaking with him afterwards he even admitted that he was busy when I first called and should have explained that he didn't have parts to fix and that it would be a diagnostic fee. Dan is the man !! We own a travel trailer and we had an issue with our outlets not working, Dan was very responsive and we made an appointment for a service call, he showed up just as planned, our GFI had shorted out, we told him we heard a popping noise under the refrigerator and we couldn't reset the GFI, he replaced the GFI and all seemed ok , on our first camping trip we had an issue where the outlet were not working again , he communicated throughout our camping trip with me trying to locate and solve the issue, once ba... read more
