Had an emergent leak under RV sink. Not only did he fix it but he also checked out my furnace, replaced a faulty motherboard and then detected a propane leak!! It was so lucky he was watching out for our safety!!! He was available at the last minute. He was transparent with issues and cost. He was professional and polite and everything you want in someone coming into your home. He made me feel like we had a friend to make things better than the dealer.
