Great communication and follow up. Fair and transparent pricing as well. Golan managed a tight deadline and was easy to reach with any questions and issues. A minor follow up was needed, but Golan made it right immediately and with no hassle
When I reached out to Atlas, there was a slight hiccup in scheduling a time for the initial inspection. However, once on-site, Daniel and his team were very attentive, personable, and their work was fast, efficient, and excellent. I really appreciate the repair work they did for my roof. 6/4/24 Addendum: About a month ago I had received notice from Atlas stating that Daniel is no longer part of their company. I'm not sure what that's about.
The roofing service was a letdown from start to finish. They initially promised a quick and efficient repair, but the work took twice as long as estimated. To make matters worse, the quality of the repair was poor, and I had to call another company to fix the issues. Their customer service was also unresponsive and unhelpful.
I had an excellent experience with Atlas Roofing when they fixed my leaking roof. The quality of work was outstanding, with clear evidence of using premium materials and a keen attention to detail, ensuring a lasting solution.
