Spoke to a man named Larry on the phone and he was VERY helpful. Took the time to really break everything down for me that I was having trouble with and got the answers we were looking for. Very pleased with his customer service
Got my fingerprints done and I was out the door in less than 15 minutes. Courtney was extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend her and Atlas Background to anyone that needs their services.
I suggest putting your lunch hour on the Google schedule. Also make up your mind whether the fingerprint machine is broken or not. I arrived on a Friday and was told the machine was broken. When I called the following week to see if it was working, I was told that never happened and Atlas is just closed on Friday despite the schedule on the door showing the contrary.
Came to get fingerprints to send to NICS for a denial challenge. Very courteous and friendly service. If you need ink or electronic fingerprinting, come here. $20 for 2 copies.
