Gary was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and informative. Walked me through what he saw and what needed to be done to fix our problem. Carol and Jacqueline in the office were amazing. I recently used Atlas for the second time to seal cracks in our condo building that was causing water damage in my unit. All 4 interactions with their employees were thorough, honest and very pleasant. I never felt pressured in making a decision to use their services. I highly recommend Atlas and will continue to use them in future. Top notch work! Shout out to Kaz, Ruben, Dan and Antonio they are all amazing Atlas employees!
Got an initial inspection done in 2020 I called and reached out this past month for a new inspection and was told i didn’t need one. I setup a carpentry inspection which is the second step, it took them over the quoted timeline to get a proposal Fand the proposal didn’t include options like i was told it would and like the initial inspection gave. Honest, affordable, straightforward and did great work. We had quotes from several companies to fix water issues in our basement and Gary from Atlas came up with a solution that was creative, less disruptive, and more reasonable. Service was great, office has been great and the crew was fast, efficient, respectful and did the job in a day even though it was ~0 degrees outside.
