Service was fast and professional. They quickly identified the problem and found a solution to my basement leak.
Atlas restoration exceeded my expectation! The gentleman who serviced our home left the area very clean. He was not rushed very thorough job filling a large crack in an inner crawl space wall that divides the full basement from crawl space. The water was coming out of crack when he arrived. He was able to inject the epoxy and stop any leaks. I’m extremely satisfied with the work accomplished and have a life time warranty.
They have been great to work with. It was also reassuring to know that they could handle anything that might have come up during our restoration (like needing a carpenter). Other major companies didn't offer as much. They did a great job explaining everything with transparent costs and easy scheduling. Would definitely recommend them!
The Atlas team arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, remediated the issue and left the work area clean and neat. A positive experience.
Atlas was very efficient in sending out an assessment person who explained the problem with the foundation crack/leak and described what they would do. The repair technicians arrived on time first thing in the morning, were very knowledgable, did great work and were tidy. They even noticed the problem I was having with my sump pump (I didn’t realize this company also did sump pumps).
