Atlas did an excellent job repairing our foundation. It was a pleasure working with them in every step of the way. The bidding process was easy, they arrived on time and completed the project, explaining the process and answering all of my questions. I highly recommend this company and their excellent staff.
Quick way to loose a potential customer - they employ a rude woman who does all the scheduling. I dropped off the call immediately as soon as she started blurbing how busy they are.
I hired Atlas to seal a leaky foundation crack and install a French drain along one side of my house. The estimate that I received was detailed and thorough following a visit to my home to discuss and assess my needs. They didn't rush. They took the time to listen, investigate, and offer advice. Gary was fantastic! Very knowledgeable and informative. Walked me through what he saw and what needed to be done to fix our problem. Carol and Jacqueline in the office were amazing. I recently used Atlas for the second time to seal cracks in our condo building that was causing water damage in my unit. All 4 interactions with their employees were thorough, honest and very pleasant. I never felt pressured in making a decision to use their services. I highly recommend Atlas and will continue to use them in future. Top notch work! Shout out to Kaz, Ruben, Dan and Antonio they are all amazing Atlas employees!
