We ordered a chair from them from ebay. The chair was listed as fully functional. We received this chair on March 10, however, the foot pedal was cut from the chair, our technician was not able to test the chair. After we finally received the foot pedal, our office was shut down due to the pandemic. After we reopened, our technician found the chair was not functional at all!
