Relationship: Client Project Date: April 2023 Do not use this company. They scale the payments so that they do not have to fix anything. The communication was non existent. Every time we called we got a disgruntled person who said someone would call us back. No one ever did. The punch list was never communicated to anyone and never addressed. DO NOT USE ATLAS POOLS. We signed a contract in May of 2021. We are still with no pool. Once they received the bulk of our money, they started not showing up. We have tried for 3 weeks to talk to them. They will not respond. We have been waiting for plaster for 3 months now. They lie, and only care about getting your money. Seeking legal help at this time. BEWARE

Avoid at all costs. They could care less about customer service. They will promise the world and live up to nothing. 16 months and no where near complete. You will not be able to talk to anyone at the company because they have no answer for there lies. Be warned and avoid this company at all costs

In January 2021 my family decided to install a pool and to our disappointment we chose Atlas Pools. Fast forward 18 months and we are still not done with our pool. Now recently they have completed stopped communicating with us (wife and I). There has been massive delays and recently their employee managing our project quit and basically said good luck getting your pool completed and that they were floating money from job to job. This company would not take responsibility for anyone of the companies they hired to do their work. Not one manager would come to my house and look at the horrible texture and uneven surface. The pool surface was finished and was never inspected by our supervisor Tye before they dropped a hose in it to start filling it up, next to the dirty water bottles they left in it. I sent photos to Tye, our supervisor before the guys even had finished packing up and he promised me the white splotches would go away on there own. They d... read more
