If there were a negative star, I’d definitely choose it—we are that disappointed in Atlas Pools of Central Florida!!! So many mistakes were made by subcontractors throughout the entire construction process, but we were always assured they’d be fixed to our satisfaction within 30 days after completion. Two plus years later, we are still waiting! After searching long and wide for a “local & reputable” custom pool builder, we decided to hire Atlas Pools of Central Florida (or so we thought). Since due to high demand all work is sent to inexperienced and unprofessional sub-contractors who don’t care much for Quality Workmanship. We were recommended by a close friend whom had her pool constructed 3 years back and had a pleasant yet not smooth experience, unfortunately Atlas standards of construction do not remain top quality.
