Atlas is great, the staff are super nice. Charlie is so great, super friendly and personable. I’ve been struggling with vertigo issues for years and after 2 appointments I feel like a new person. I would recommend him to anyone. He’s very patient, kind, and professional.

One at best. When you go out of your way to get a report for mediation and for supreme court. No where to be helpful. Especially Shirley. And mimi. The secretary's. And lately m. J. When you ask for a report 96 hours in advance. They are quick to give your information to icbc. Keep you posted. Do not go here. If you need help.

First off, the physiotherapist is amazing—very professional and responsible. However, there’s a young girl at the front desk who speaks Mandarin with what sounds like a Taiwanese accent, but she can barely speak or understand it properly. Her English is pretty half-baked too, so I honestly have no idea how she got hired. I started seeing MJ for physiotherapy back in October 2025 for carpal tunnel and tennis elbow, and she has been amazing. She has helped me through those issues, as well as subsequent trouble with my neck and shoulders. I’ll admit, I’m not a fan of dry needling and sometimes try to skip a few weeks, but I always end up going back because the results MJ gets are truly magic.
