I wrote down the wrong date and time for my appointment and rescheduled an appointment when I rescheduled my appointment I realize I could not go in on a Monday because if I miss Monday after a holiday, which would’ve been Easter that I would not get paid for the holiday the lady was so rude to me about rescheduling an appointment saying that I had already rescheduled one appointment technically I made a mistake on the first appointment and was only rescheduled this appointment. I had an excellent experience with Michael at Atlas Physiotherapy in Pooler for treatment of a spine issue and overall strength training. He was recommended by my physician in the Savannah area. Michael is very knowledgeable, professional and patient. He took a detailed history and adapted my treatment plan based on my feedback of what PT in the past had not worked for my spine problem. I was a little hesitant at first about trying a new physiotherapy clinic, but my experience at Atlas Physiotherapy quickly put those worries to rest. From the start, the atmosphere was welcoming and professional, which made it much easier to feel comfortable. Michael was excellent to work with. I can’t say enough good about my experience here! I came in, we sat down and listed out my issues and my recovery goals and we immediately got to work. Dr. Mike is truly a professional, that is committed to his patients. I hope I never need Physical Therapy again, but if I do, I know where I’m going! Hate I missed my last session, all the best to the Atlas team!
