I have been to many just okay physios but Alex was very good - very knowledgeable and tailored rehab to what I was doing. I came in with a shoulder injury and left feeling great with an expectation of what to do next for rehab. His follow up was good and didn’t push for unnecessary sessions like many physios have in the past. I can trust that the number of sessions he recommends is the number required.
