Very friendly Tech's and Dr's
Maxx was a new patient to Atlas yesterday. From check in to check out it was about 45 minutes. The vet tech was super sweet and very gentle with 14 year old Maxxpotato. Dr. Cuevas was great! She looked over my little monster, gave options, suggestions and created a treatment plan to come back if needed. We will definitely be using Atlas again!
The staff was friendly and understanding of an afghan hound that is definitely a drama queen. They accurately diagnosed the problem (ear infection) and gave options and prices for treatment. I recommend Dr. Cuevas who was successful in getting her to cooperate with ear drops which is not an easy feat!
UNBELIEVABLE! I was just trying to get my dog weighed for his flea and tick medicine and this rude receptionist completely ignored me until a human showed up! Other than her, the staff here is amazing. We've been using them for over 10 years and its always a great experience!
The staff was very helpful and treated Lilly with kindness and care.
