My garage door was installed by Atlas in 2012 or 2013, all good, bought a new opener in about 2020, and have had a cable replaced once. All good. Spoke to John this May 27 and booked him to replace another cable the following afternoon. No idea why, but he was a no-show, and didn't call to cancel/explain/reschedule. I just didn't hear from him again. Seems an odd way to do business. I booked another company, and they took care of it the very next day. Disappointed with this latest experience.

They are great at there job. 3 .5 hours in and out and great prices. Highly recommend this company
I decided to try an independent company and was very impressed. Needed a simple adjustment with new remotes and John arrived on time and offered extra advice and a little help. Reasonably priced and will highly recommend to others.
