Technical competence is likely there, but the environment is heavily controlled, high-pressure, and feels disingenuous. The session is framed as a 'test' to see if you are a worthy candidate for a "special" method. She takes your arm in the air and starts "talking to your brain" with complicated words to let your brain and body reveal your issues. This review is long overdue. I run 100+ KM per month for 20+ years. I rarely get any injuries. I tried some new sneakers and strained my gastrocnemius muscle. I couldn't run for about 2 months. Physio was able to get me back out running but the muscle was inflamed constantly and would reinjure every few months. This went on for about 2 years. Humorless, intimidating, poor bedside manner. Did get some short-term benefit from IBS symptoms but the interpersonal interaction was so tense and unpleasant that I didn't want to continue.

For over a year I had ongoing (never ending) lower back/hip pain. I tried almost every avenue to assist me in getting rid of this pain, xrays to determine the root cause, acupuncture, laser, massage, over the counter pain/arthritis meds, etc..
