I brought my printer to Atlas for some repairs today after discussing with them my options. I was considering changing printers and asked advice. The gentleman i spoke with took the time to get to know my needs and made some recommendations. After a half dozen calls around the city Atlas was able to track down a hard to find toner cartridge and have it in my hands in under 24 hours. Really impressed with the speed and professionalism.

I am blown away by the customer service! Our office was in desperate need of a specific item which was proving to be more difficult to find than we initially thought. When we called Atlas and explained how time sensitive it was, he had found the item, ordered it, shipped it overnight, and delivered in person the following day. We are so appreciative and pleased with our experience with Atlas and know it won't be the last.
