My experience with Atlas Monument Services I would say for me was the lack of follow-up. After the initial order, I received little to no updates, and the process became frustrating and drawn out. The only person who provided consistent and professional service was Randy, who was courteous and helpful from the beginning. Excellent service, he really let us customize our headstone exactly how we wanted for our mom and was able to show us a mockup right then. And it was delivered quickly and looks great!
Excellent service, monument/headstone was perfect and affordable! Promised in 6-8 weeks, and was delivered and installed in just over 6 weeks. Very professional. And I would highly recommend!!!!!!
