I had a very frustrating experience with the front desk today. I requested through email for a Pap Smear appointment yesterday night. The next day around 12:30 PM, I received a call informing me that I had an appointment at 12:45 PM — which I was completely unaware of and never confirmed. Nobody from the office even called me to even ask if I would be available for that time. The staff is so friendly, and the doctor was very understanding. I wish all walk-in clinics treated people the same way. They also had a free coffee coupon, which was a nice touch.
Excellent experience here. The staff are welcoming and efficient, and the doctor was very patient and thorough. I never felt rushed and all my questions were answered clearly. The clinic is clean, organized, and very professional. Highly recommended!
