Doesn’t walk in mean first come first serve? I was asked to come in for a follow up was there 8:35 they supposedly open at 9 am. 2 people are already waiting in the waiting area. No secretary. As o am waiting 3other people walk in. They get called before me. As they exit I noticed these patients paying for a service whether it’s cash or e-transfer. Interesting. Hmmmm. By far the worst healthcare service experience I have ever had. I went to this clinic as a walk-in patient for a consultation. During my visit, they performed two different tests that were sent to the laboratory. I was told that I would receive the results within 3–5 days and that the clinic would call me with an update. Seven days passed, and I had still heard nothing. I called the clinic twice, and both times I was told that the doctor responsible for reviewing my results was either on vacation or would be returning in two... read more
Great experience. I walked in, in and out in like 15-20 min. There is a pharmacy right inside the clinic so its very convenient to get the medication. If you have OHIP, its free. If you don’t have OHIP, they will charge 110$ per visit. 30$ for each doctor note. Quite reasonable. Highly recommend!!!
Dr.Ngo has been my family doctor for many years. She has been phenomenal and compassionate when it comes to her patients. I feel very fortunate to have her as a family doctor to my whole family. She is extremely knowledgeable and is very supportive towards her patients. In addition, Sonia and her team at pharmaceutical has been outstanding in providing guidance and peace of mind when we have questions about the prescriptions.
