I reached out to Mike after seeing a post about a lower rate for a VA mortgage. Mike took the time to explain the process to me, and was extremely patient in explaining details, at times, repeatedly until I understood the process. He was very diligent in getting my new lower rate done quickly, and I am completely satisfied with the service he provided and the professionalism of him and everyone else involved. Alyssa Saunders was an incredible agent to work with! She was professional, quick to respond and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! She was willing to make the times that worked for us work for her and still made family time important to her which we respected and loved to see. She even stayed in touch after we closed on our house! Would absolutely recommend her over and over!
