Mike has been one of the best lenders I've worked with! As a Realtor, I work with lenders all the time who I have to babysit and then pray they know what they're doing; Ive never had to do that with Mike, he's always been on his A-game. Not to mention, Mike cares deeply about every one of his clients, he seems to always be source of information and education. He's tought me more than most lenders, I'm grateful to work with him!
Reached out to Mike cause he was recommended by a realtor/friend. He recommended we fill out an application and we did so immediately, 6/3. He said he would call us the next day. We completed all tasks and nothing changed on our app status for a week. Sent Mike an email on 6/11 to check in and still haven't heard back. Meanwhile, we've reached out to our bank, SC Federal, and several other online companies and received pre approval letters with 24 hours. Not sure what happened, don't care. We've moved on.
I reached out to Mike after seeing a post about a lower rate for a VA mortgage. Mike took the time to explain the process to me, and was extremely patient in explaining details, at times, repeatedly until I understood the process. He was very diligent in getting my new lower rate done quickly, and I am completely satisfied with the service he provided and the professionalism of him and everyone else involved. I’d highly recommend working with Mike!
Alyssa Saunders was an incredible agent to work with! She was professional, quick to respond and helped us find exactly what we were looking for! She was willing to make the times that worked for us work for her and still made family time important to her which we respected and loved to see. She even stayed in touch after we closed on our house! Would absolutely recommend her over and over!

She took the time to search for homes for us paying attention to detail, in the local area and did FaceTime calls of each house showing us all our options.
