This is the second time that we have used Jeff to appraise several items. He is very professional and patient, answering all of our questions. He is quick to initially evaluate items and recommend the most valuable pieces as those you really should have appraised. His reports are detailed and very nicely prepared. We have used Jeff's services and network to have items repaired as well. All in all, he is our "go to guy" for anything jewelry related!
