Atlas has completed insulation work for us over the years on a few different properties. We have recommended this company to several friends and family members, always receiving positive feedback. Communication is clear, and they do exactly what they say they’re going to do. Highly recommend.
Initially, I was impressed with how quickly I received a quote and the promptness in completing the work. However, my experience took a turn for the worse once the payment was made. I had follow-up questions and needed some adjustments, but my emails and calls went unanswered. The lack of communication and unresponsiveness after payment is highly unprofessional. I would advise caution if you’re considering this contractor.
