TIFFANY CARPENTER is all I can say. She has been the go to gal from beginning to end always is on top of any issues that we have had getting everything done in our set up of our new home after our salesman Graham helped us pick out our home he was great as well we could not decide on which home and he was so patient, I would highly recommend him to be your salesman. This company is very attentive and very quick in helping with your decisions and budget.. Top Notch hired a subcontractor to deliver a home to a neighboring property. In the delivery, the contractor trespassed despite warnings against using our property as an easement, and subsequently caused damage to our lot. Top Notch refuses to accept responsibility for their contractor, despite the new homes owner even reaching out to tell them this was unacceptable & in need of remedy.
