Bobby was on time completed task efficiently and explained in detail what the issue was. Will definitely use Atlas Plumbing again.
Second opinion. They left the cover off of clean out tube in back yard. We have a bigger problem now, "flushed matter" has come up from inside house, through the drain, into yard. Atlas either can't or refuses to comply with my insurance company to provide them with any kind of professional looking invoice. As a result, we cannot get reimbursed for his overpriced fees ). My insurance has contacted him several times, no response from Atlas at all to make this right.

Great on the phone! Explained things really well and asked plenty of questions but, getting the run around on when they can come out/ not answering is where my rating comes in. I would have really loved to been able to get down to what the issue was and would more than happily pay for it! Now having to search to find yet another plumber that services out here, and have finally found one.
Quick response time, reliable & great customer service. I called Bobby & within the hour he was at our house figuring out the issue! Honestly couldn’t ask for a better individual to help us with our plumbing needs!
