IF YOU WANT RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE SERVICE THIS IS THE RIGHT PLACE. DO NOT CALL THEM IF YOU ARE A SENIOR. THE PERSON DISPATCHED SPENT AN UNUSUAL AMOUNT OF TIME SENDING RUDE AND ARGUMENTATIVE TEXTS ALONG WITH AN INVOICE AFTER MY DISABLED HUSBAND DIDN’T MAKE IT TO THE DOOR QUICKLY ENOUGH FOR THEM. THEY COULD HAVE CALLED AND TEXTED THE SAME NUMBER WHILE AT THE HOUSE INSTEAD OF LEAVING AND SENDING ALL THESE TEXT MESSAGES AFTERWARDS. I HAD TO BLOCK THEM!
Our AC went out on the hottest days of the year - I was able to get a technician scheduled the next day. Technician was able to come out earlier than scheduled. Has the part fixed and we are back in business. Very nice people to work with!
