Atlas Tech Ryan was absolutely amazing from guiding me on the phone to understanding how I was feeling. He showed me so much concern for my well being. So when I met him in person he was a man of his word he came sooner than I expected. But he told me would come or someone else to help me as soon as possible so that I would have air conditioning in my home. Always a pleasure to have my a/c serviced. My a/c has been great and the technician explains everything very carefully.
We had an oil furnace replaced with a heat pump. Mark Baker was our contact from start to finish. He was amazing with communication. He responded rapidly to texts and phone calls, even after hours and on weekends. He clearly articulated options for repair or replacement and made us feel confident with our decision. The installation team was prompt, clean, courteous - I was working from home during the installation and they did not disrupt my day. I highly recommend the Atlas team!
