Always a pleasure to have my a/c serviced. My a/c has been great and the technician explains everything very carefully.
We had an oil furnace replaced with a heat pump. Mark Baker was our contact from start to finish. He was amazing with communication. He responded rapidly to texts and phone calls, even after hours and on weekends. He clearly articulated options for repair or replacement and made us feel confident with our decision. The installation team was prompt, clean, courteous - I was working from home during the installation and they did not disrupt my day. I highly recommend the Atlas team!
After years of using a subpar HVAC organization, a friend recommended I try Atlas. He told us that Mark was quick to respond to their needs and steady the whole way through the installation of their new system. Did my heater a few yrs.ago and now during the awful heat wave, came right out, Mark explained both ways we could go and within 6 hours had a cold house again
They stay until the job is done. Had a difficult install in a tight space, and they stayed for 13 hours to make sure everything was done right. Very respectful and very patient. They are also very responsive and take the time to answer any and all questions.
