The technician Mason, who came into my home, was courteous and knowledgeable, and could answer all my questions. He called to inform me of his slight delay in arrival time to be sure it was not going to be a problem for me. He was also complementary about the whole crew at the Atlas, Heating and Air company. It means a lot to me when employee is happy with the company he works for..
This is a spectacular company with amazing customer service. I had to dig through my hundreds of papers to find their card because I didn’t want to go to anyone else. Thank you for promptly looking at our heater and a couple summers ago. Thank you for fixing our air conditioning instead of just giving me a quote for a brand new air-conditioning. The gentleman said that he would try to fix it for another summer and it ended up lasting for two! Amazing doing business with you guys :)
