We have relied on Atlas for many years and can't say enough about their excellent service. Recently the motor in our A/C unit gave out during the hottest spell of the summer. The woman who answered our phone call to Atlas was so understanding and contacted their technician Scott in minutes. He came out within hours. A new motor had to be ordered from Calgary. The technician broke a circuit breaker while servicing an A/C unit and would not accept responsibility. I had to hire an electrician to resolve their mistake. Cannot recommend.
