I am pleased with the springtime service performed by Atlas Heating and Air today. This was the first service after instsllation last year, and it was complimentary.
We got home from vacation last night to find our air conditioning wasn't working. I got a recommendation for Atlas, and William was here within two hours. He fixed the issue within another hour. He was professional and explained our issue clearly. I am very happy with their service and will be calling them again. We thought we'd be out of AC for several days, but thanks to Atlas, our house is cool again.
The service was friendly, prompt, and professional… just as it has been every time over the past 10+ years.

A+ from start to finish. Our HVAC system went down over the weekend. I called the answering service on Sunday to ask someone to call me when they came in to work on Monday morning. William actually picked up the message and called me 5 minutes later...on Sunday afternoon. He said they were booked up through Thursday at that point but would try to squeeze us in Monday morning because we were close to another customer call.
