William, the owner is a wonderful caring person also his son William Jr. I highly recommend this company for anyone needing heat/ air conditioning services. Just completed a new heat pump installation today and as usual did a fantastic job. Had some obstacles to overcome as this is an older house but never complained just kept on going in all of this heat. Would not hesitate to call again if service is needed.
Atlas sent technician Carter Quillen out today to evaluate our air conditioning problem. We lost air conditioning over the weekend in our guest house Carter was professional and knowledgeable. He diagnosed our problem quickly, determining that we were slightly low on refrigerant and advised us on proper ventilation in the living space. We greatly appreciated his expertise.
