After over a decade of denial it was time to try out Robert as a coach and build a muscular foundation after 25 years of running. This week it will be 20 hours that I spent doing the same 18 exercises in a place most would call a sweat shop. Honestly I am still preferring a 32 km trail run in the wilderness than going to the gym, but my running pace increased as well so hitting two birds with a stone!
