Mike came out today to take a look at some issues we had that concerned us with our foundation. He is great to talk to and put us at ease in knowing that our foundation is sound and gave us tips on things we could do to further ensure that it stays that way. No upselling, no gloom and doom to make you think that you needed to spend $10k on repairs that aren't really necessary. Mike is great. We highly recommend his services. We used them our building to pier a sinking foundation. Its been 5 years and no new signs of settling. On another property Mike advised to only monitor for new settling cracks and his service was not needed at this time. Thanks Mike for the honest assessments!
