We have a 1930 house that needed the foundation repaired. We selected San Diego Footing Repair after reviewing bids from several other companies. Tom Green provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the area under the house as well as the perimeter. The team was excellent to work with. Jason was the foreman and on site for the project. I met with Tom Greene to get an assessment of my wooden posts under my crawlspace. Many of them are frizzled and damaged from long-term moisture and i was concerned it is a threat to the structural stability of the house. Tom assured me that since the vast majority of the interior part of the posts are undamaged, that the foundation is fine. He recommended that I find a company to fix the moisture problem.
