We spent a lot of time dealing with Janet at the Atlas Floors on 1604. Got to the point where we told her we were ready to purchase so please get the scheduling done so we could get this installed. Actually, Janet ghosted us once before and we gave her the benefit of the doubt and then after we told them we were ready to buy. They never called us back. We recently completed our Master Bathroom floor with LVT through Atlas Flooring - Having the opportunity to work with Tiffany who made the process great from making a decision on colors, brands, and especially her knowledge from the installation process to brand quality. Awesome staff and crew from start to finish. The sales team/designers are knowledgeable and patient and help you to make the best (and best looking) choice for your new flooring. The office/support staff are friendly, informative, and so very helpful. The install crew is thorough, efficient, and every inch of our flooring looks fantastic. The baseboard/finish crew is meticulous and pays attention to the details. Everyone is friendly, and goes out of their way to make sure the end product is spectacular.
