Victor was wonderful to work with. His prices were comparable to others we checked out but his customer service and communication is what ultimately made our decision. Exceptional results with our refinished white oak floors. They look absolutely amazing! Emil is a true craftsman who takes the utmost pride in his work. He is an extremely hard working perfectionist who would not leave the house until he was certain that our floors were pristine throughout, which they are. I had a fantastic experience with Atlas Flooring from start to finish. Victor was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. Out of all the estimates I received, Atlas was the only company that took the time to walk me through the full scope of the work — including sanding, leveling, and the preparation needed to ensure a quality result. I needed 1000 ft.² of flooring with a very, very short time window. Victor was very professional gave me multiple options and gave me timings of delivery. He was very transparent in his pricing model and showed me the why behind it, which made my decisions easier. Made himself available picked up the phone when I called and check in with me regularly to make sure that everything went smooth from start to finish. I look forward into doing business again in the near future. Highly recommend to work with Atlas flooring!
