I'm trying to get a drainage system. He's called me twice but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do? I dont know if he's already been over if I need to do something else, I'm just left wondering.
Over the years Ed has been to my house a couple times for consultation. Each time he helped me think through the problem, even though each time the solution ended up not concerning drainage (i.e. I wouldn’t be needing his services). I appreciated his sincerity and generosity, and I wouldn’t hesitate to call him should I have a drainage issue in the future.
