If I could give them a -0 I would, the manager Chris fraudulently renewed my loan without my knowledge, I had to call corporate and report him, he lied till the end, First he said that the other man that worked their Hosea did it, then he called back and said it never happened, then when I contacted the Corporate people, he said that I told him to renew it over the phone which was a flat out lie, I never signed anything, and the sad part is, this is the second time it has happened to me, the first time I caught it before I l... read more
Company sends out unsolicited mailings to consumers and refuses to take name off mailing list. Says consumer has to contact credit agency with whom they purchased mailing list from??? Also receptionist calls consumers who request such rude because they do not want mailings sent to them. No voices raised, no names called, very call cool and collective but yet still called rude by the receptionist? Not a good way to conduct business
