phone system is absolute garbage, every time I call its nothing but a headache trying to get anybody to answer and once you do finally get a hold of somebody, after maybe 2 hours and 16 phone calls give or take, its a crapshoot on whether or not the call drops on you or not, sitting you right back at the bottom of the que to restart that lovely process all over again. If I had any recommendation it would be add a call center and parts distribution center in western Canada, anywhere this side of Lloydminster Saskatchewan. the... read more
