Very nice on a personal level, but from a work perspective, not professional, never punctual - no respect for other people's time. We would agree on a time and it was never respected. Had initially left a less than five star rating, subsequently edited to a five star rating at the urging of the company, stating they wanted to maintain a five star rating. Where I come from, your work and professionalism is what earns you a solid rating. I have reverted to a more accurate rating.
