In and out, Took me 2hrs early for my 0700 appointment. Only one dock to unload rolls of paper. If you are delivering rolls, it's the first entrance once you turn into the Grimm Rd.
Wait for start unload noreasons 2 hours.sometimes 3 to 5 hours.for me negative star.I will never take anymore for this customer.
4 hour delivery for Roll Stock... only 1 door 1 forklift driver...
Very disappointing experience. I arrived at the shipping facility and had to wait an excessive amount of time because they were only using one dock while multiple trucks were lined up waiting. The lack of efficiency and poor management caused unnecessary delays. If they opened more docks and handled traffic better, it would save drivers a lot of time and frustration.
