Well let's start with the ripped up sprinkler system. That I had to repair! I ask for it to be buried after I fixed it. And that was not done. They parked their vehicles on my wet grass causing damage. Left their trash everywhere. The contractor did not order enough concrete for the pour. Leave a big discolored patch on the final job. The gate foundation was to be 1' x 1' x 21' . It was just a poorly dug trench and filled, no framed out square. So fed up just wanted them off my property. Would not recommend.
