I wish I could give no stars this guy Jason I spoke with on the phone is the rudest individual I’ve had ever spoken with. He has to come to my home to fix our AC. I’m truly dreading it. He almost makes you afraid of him. I don’t have very much confidence in this individual fixing our issue with our AC. Be aware
Ive paid thousands of bucks th put a whole new system in, and almost never ran the heat, this year i had to run the heat about a month ago and it kept blowing the circuit breaker i call jason up and he wants $120 to come and look at it.... Im retired now and cant afford it and it's supposed to get down to8° . WONDERFUL!!!!
Definitely deserve a zero. Their driver was aggressive on the road and kept riding my bumper in backed up traffic. Once past the traffic the driver rode my bumper so close as I was picking up speed. If I had slowed down even a fraction he would have crashed into me. Called the company and Jason was so rude on the phone telling me I need to learn to drive. If I could give this company a zero I would. Not only do they get bad reviews for the work they do but they will not pay for work done for them. We are a garage door company and they owe us a lot of money for a job we did over a year ago. They won’t answer the phone or pay their bill!
