Smarmy, over priced, high pressure and deceptive. F _ _ k em.
WARNING!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON. They deliberately lied to my wife, and then scammed us with a credit card on file to bill us nearly $2000 in charges for only a few hours of work. The part that failed on our unit was supposedly "under warranty." Meanwhile, as it turns out, were charged for the part, and an INSANE amount for labor.
