I called Atlas Bobcat because my MT100 broke down in the middle of a project and I needed a quick repair. I was told over the phone there would be a $199 service call fee plus $99 per hour for labor. The technician came from Kenosha, WI to Waukegan, IL, which is only about a 30-minute drive. During the first visit, he spent approximately 3 hours diagnosing the issue and determined the starter needed to be replaced. James and the service department are very responsive and worked with me to get my units up and going at critical times. The service tech was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing to get me going and other repairs that we should have done in the shop at a later time. THANK JAMES and service team!!

I received a quote to repair my machine for over $14,000 at Atlas Bobcat wauconda A good portion of the repairs were repairs that I have asked them, and I paid them to fix in the past I ordered all new bobcat parts Nothing reman or knock off Did the job for less than 6 thousand I’m not a mechanic I don’t make a living working on machines Again, reiterated Go there if you have endless money and time!!! Go here if you have an endless amount of money, you’re gonna keep getting ripped off Someday, I will take the time and document all the shady things they have charged me for, For example I picked up my machine after a full service Took it back to my shop and found Napa filters on it I contested the bill because they only use bobcat filters which means the filters didn’t get changed So they then put me on cod I will continue this at a later date
