Had a Breakdown on my 0Turn 7000, needed it picked up, which they normally don’t do but they picked it up. James the Service Manager is a can do guy! He actually wants to help solve ur problem ! Rare today, I highly recommend this Bobcat Dealer Great Equipment and even better Service!!
I called Atlas Bobcat because my MT100 broke down in the middle of a project and I needed a quick repair. I was told over the phone there would be a $199 service call fee plus $99 per hour for labor. The technician came from Kenosha, WI to Waukegan, IL, which is only about a 30-minute drive. During the first visit, he spent approximately 3 hours diagnosing the issue and determined the starter needed to be replaced. James and the service department are very responsive and worked with me to get my units up and going at critical times. The service tech was very knowledgeable and explained what he was doing to get me going and other repairs that we should have done in the shop at a later time. THANK JAMES and service team!!
