we contacted atlas awnings for an awning for our deck- recent storms had knocked down all the trees that gave us shade. Tom helped us pick out the best product, style, and color for our needs. Said it would be 4-6 wks til install, was exactly 4-6 wks. Oscar came out for the install, we were told when we ordered it, that install would take 2-3 hrs. It was 2 hrs to the minute. Terrible sales representation which is the tip of the spear, so likely represents their operations as well. I reached out to Sunsetter, expressed interest in an awning. Shared a pic & said can it be done? They refer my info to Atlas. Eventually they followed up, weeks later. They say no, they didn’t get the pics, so I send again. They respond, “you need to do a roof mount”. Um…that’s why I contacted an awning company. Wait, what?! Are they not selling products or services? So it gets worse. I ask: “Can you do it?
