Terrible sales representation which is the tip of the spear, so likely represents their operations as well. I reached out to Sunsetter, expressed interest in an awning. Shared a pic & said can it be done? They refer my info to Atlas. Eventually they followed up, weeks later. They say no, they didn’t get the pics, so I send again.
